Abstract:
These comments were submitted on behalf of the Scholarly Communications Office at Duke University in response to a request for information from the White House Office of Science & Technology Policy. They address questions about how a public access requirement for federally funded research should be implemented across agencies. A specific focus is policies that would be clear, consistent and easy for researchers to comply with.
