    Duke University Libraries Staff Directory Usability Test - August 2019

    This study was conducted to test the overall usability of the Duke University Libraries Staff Directory prototype, evaluate users' understanding of the site, and provide recommendations to the developers based on the study results. The study was developed by Thomas Crichlow and conducted by Eden Andes and Samantha Thorne with guidance by Emily Daly.

    LibKey Discovery/DUL Interface Comparison Usability Test - June 2019

    This study builds on prior findings made in April 2019 by Amelia Midgett-Nicholson, Devon Waugh, and Allison Cruse, and was conducted to evaluate the usefulness of the LibKey Discovery Tool in comparison to the current Duke University Libraries article search results interface, as well as provide recommendations for acquiring and implementing the LibKey Discovery Tool. This study was developed and conducted by Samantha Thorne and Eden Andes with guidance by Emily Daly.
