Best Bets usability test - June 2015
Abstract
On June 17, 2015, Emily Daly conducted usability testing in the lobby of Perkins Library.
Six participants were interviewed between noon and 1:30 p.m. A pilot was conducted
earlier in the day with an ADS student worker. The test consisted of three pre-test
questions, one task, and five post-test questions. Each test took approximately ten
minutes. See Appendix A for full usability test script.
