Sarah Adair is a senior policy associate in the Climate and Energy Program at Duke
University's Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions. Her work focuses
on electricity policy, the Clean Air Act, Clean Power Plan, and clean energy technology.
Prior to joining the Nicholas Institute, Sarah held positions at the University of
