Abstract
<jats:p>This Viewpoint outlines how the revival of now defunct state-level antisodomy
laws would harm the health care of LGBTQ individuals should the US Supreme Court reverse
itself and urges medical professionals and their societies to advocate for the immediate
abolition of antisodomy laws.</jats:p>
