dc.description.abstract |
The International Crocodilian Genomes Working Group (ICGWG) will sequence and assemble
the American alligator (Alligator mississippiensis), saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus
porosus) and Indian gharial (Gavialis gangeticus) genomes. The status of these projects
and our planned analyses are described.
