| dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to test the overall usability of the Request App, evaluate how users interacted with the steps required to recall an item, and provide recommendations for future changes and further testing. It builds on prior findings made in December 2018 by Cami Goray and Erin Black. The study was developed and conducted by Amelia Midgett-Nicholson, Allison Cruse, and Devon Waugh with guidance by Emily Daly. | |
