Duke University Libraries navigation menu usability test - August 2018

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the overall usability of the Duke University Libraries website’s global navigation menu, evaluate its effectiveness and provide recommendations for future improvements and testing. The study is in two parts, combining a first-click test and a closed card sorting activity. See appendices for test outlines.
