Abstract

On August 9, 2017, Thomas Crichlow and Andi Zhou conducted a usability test on the new Research Guides portal (http://guides.library.duke.edu/) in the lobby of Perkins Library at Duke University. The test aims to get feedbacks about the portal that Duke University Library updated for the Research Guides based on LibGuides during 2017 summer.
