Duke catalog masthead usability test - November 2018

Abstract

This study was conducted to test the overall usability of the masthead for the new Duke University Libraries catalog, explore user conceptualizations of the catalog, evaluate user navigation paths, and provide recommendations for future changes and further testing. The study was developed and conducted by Erin Black and Cami Goray with guidance by Emily Daly.
