Par Avion
Abstract
"Par Avion" is the story of Solon Baath, a mariner in the British navy, as he travels the British Empire in the years following World War I. Partly a story of origins and identity, Par Avion seeks to confront the concept of empire by examining the motivations of those who champion it as well as the people who suffer its consequences.
