dc.description.abstract | The sixth annual Center for Instructional Technology (CIT) Instructional Technology Showcase was held April 27, 2006 in the Bryan Center at Duke University. Faculty and staff presented innovative uses of technology in teaching and learning at Duke. Showcase 2006 featured concurrent sessions of seven talks and four panel sessions with 26 presenters in the morning, followed by a plenary session, lunch, and 23 posters with 45 presenters in the afternoon. The morning program included talks about iTunes U, Tablet PCs, new features in Blackboard, using and storing digital images, and the pros and cons of lecture recording. | |
