dc.description.abstract	This project, focusing on purse seines’ and trawlers’ fishing efforts, discusses their marine capture fisheries by conducting geospatial assessment with fishing hours data from the Global Fishing Watch (GFW) and statistical analysis with vessel numbers and engine powers data from China Fishery Statistics Yearbooks (Yearbooks). The timeline is from 2013 to 2018.
