Abstract

This study was an extension to the testing of staff directory conducted by Samantha Throne and Eden Andes on August 5th, 2019. This study aims to test the usability of the subject specialists directory page in relation to the functionality and experience of the search filter, as well as provide recommendations for improving subject specialists directory.
